Selected Amaal: English & Urdu Instructions
1. Ghusl
Perform the recommended ritual bath according to your marja’s instructions.
اپنے مرجع کی ہدایات کے مطابق مستحب غسل کریں۔
2. Tasbihat Arbaa
Recite the four remembrances together 100 times.
تسبیحاتِ اربعہ کو یکجا ۱۰۰ مرتبہ پڑھیں۔
3. Seek forgiveness
Recite Astaghfirullah 100 times with sincere repentance.
سچی توبہ کے ساتھ استغفر اللہ ۱۰۰ مرتبہ پڑھیں۔
4. Worship and ziyarat
Spend time in prayer and salutations to Imam Husayn; consult the source for longer rites.

English Transliteration
Subhanallahi walhamdu lillahi wa la ilaha illallahu wallahu akbar.
English Meaning
Glory belongs to Allah, praise belongs to Allah, there is no god except Allah, and Allah is greater.
