Selected Amaal: English & Urdu Instructions
1. Prepare for worship
Perform recommended ghusl and make time for attentive worship.
مستحب غسل کریں اور توجہ سے عبادت کے لیے وقت نکالیں۔
2. Two-rakat prayer
In each rakat read Al-Fatiha, then Al-Ikhlas seven times.
دو رکعت نماز میں ہر رکعت میں حمد کے بعد سورۂ اخلاص سات مرتبہ پڑھیں۔
3. After the prayer
Recite Astaghfirullaha wa atubu ilayh 70 times.
نماز کے بعد استغفر اللہ و اتوب الیہ ۷۰ مرتبہ پڑھیں۔
4. Quran and supplication
Read Quran and pray for forgiveness, family and other believers.
قرآن پڑھیں اور بخشش، اہلِ خانہ اور مومنوں کے لیے دعا کریں۔

English Transliteration
Astaghfirullaha wa atubu ilayh.

I ask Allah to forgive me and turn to Him in repentance.

English Transliteration
Rabbana zalamna anfusana wa in lam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lanakunanna minal-khasirin.
English Meaning
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will surely be among those who lose.
