زِيارَةُ السَّيِّدَةِ اُمِّ الْبَنِينَ عَلَيْهَا السَّلامُ بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا رَسُولَ اللهِ اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكِ يا فاطِمَةَ الزَّهْراءِ سَيِّدَةَ نِساءِ الْعالَمِينَ اَلسَّلامُ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ سَيِّدَيْ شَبابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكِ يا زَوْجَةَ وَصِيِّ رَسُولِ اللهِ اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكِ يا عَزِيزَةَ الزَّهْراءِ اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكِ يا اُمَّ الْبُدُورِ السَّواطِعِ يا فاطِمَةُ بِنْتَ حِزام الْكِلابِيَّةِ الْمُكَنّاةِ بِـ (اُمِّ الْبَنِينَ) وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَکاتُهُ، أُشْهِدُ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أَنَّكِ جاهَدْتِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ إِذْ ضَحَّيْتِ بِأَوْلادِكِ دُونَ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ بِنْتِ رَسُولِ اللهِ وَ عَبَدْتِ اللهَ مُخْلِصَةً لَهُ الدِّينَ بِوِلائِكِ لِلْأَئِمَّةِ الْمَعْصُومِينَ وَصَبَرْتِ عَلى تِلْكَ الرَّزِيَّةِ الْعَظِيمَةِ وَاحْتَسَبْتِ ذٰلِكَ عِنْدَ اللهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ وَآزَرْتِ الْإِمامَ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طالِب عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ فِي الْمِحَنِ وَالشَّدائِدِ وَالْمَصائِبِ وَكُنْتِ فِي قِمَّةِ الطّاعَةِ وَالْوَفاءِ وَأَنَّكِ أَحْسَنْتِ الْكَفالَةَ وَأَدَّيْتِ الْأَمانَةَ الْكُبْرى فِي حِفْظِ وَدِيعَتَيِ الزَّهْراءِ الْبَتُولِ عَلَيْهَا السَّلامُ السِّبْطَيْنِ الْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ وَبَالَغْتِ وَآثَرْتِ وَرَعَيْتِ حُجَجَ اللهِ الْمَيامِينَ وَسَعَيْتِ فِي خِدْمَةِ أَبْناءِ رَسُولِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ، عارِفَةً بِحَقِّهِمْ مُوقِنَةً بِصِدْقِهِمْ مُشْفِقَةً عَلَيْهِمْ، مُؤْثِرَةً هَواهُمْ وَحُبَّهُمْ عَلى أَوْلادِكِ السُّعَداءِ فَسَلامُ اللهِ عَلَيْكِ كُلَّما دَجَى اللَّيْلُ وَأَضاءَ النَّهارُ فَصِرْتِ قُدْوَةً لِلْمُؤْمِناتِ الصّالِحاتِ لِأَنَّكِ كَرِيمَةُ الْخَلائِقِ تَقِيَّةٌ زَكِيَّةٌ، فَرَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْكِ وَأَرْضاكِ وَجَعَلَ الْجَنَّةَ مَنْزِلَكِ وَمَأْواكِ، وَلَقَدْ أَعْطاكِ مِنَ الْكَراماتِ الْباهِراتِ حَتّى أَصْبَحْتِ بِطاعَتِكِ لِسَيِّدِ الْأَوْصِياءِ وَبِحُبِّكِ لِسَيِّدَةِ النِّساءِ الزَّهْراءِ عَلَيْهَا السَّلامُ، وَفِدائِكِ بِأَوْلادِكِ الْأَرْبَعَةِ لِسَيِّدِ الشُّهَداءِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ، باباً لِلْحَوائِجِ، فَإِنَّ لَكِ عِنْدَ اللهِ شَأْناً وَجاهاً مَحْمُوداً وَالسَّلامُ عَلى أَوْلادِكِ الشُّهَداءِ، الْعَبّاسِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ قُرَّةِ عَيْنِكِ هَاشِمٍ بَابِ الْحَوائِجِ، وَعَبْدِ اللهِ، وَعُثْمانَ وَجَعْفَرِ الَّذِينَ اسْتُشْهِدُوا فِي نُصْرَةِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ بِكَرْبَلاءَ، فَجَزاكِ اللهُ وَأَجْزَاهُمْ أَفْضَلَ الْجَزاءِ فِي جَنّاتِ النَّعِيمِ، اَللّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَدَدَ الْخَلائِقِ الَّتِي حَصْرُها لا يُحْتَسَبُ أَوْ يُعَدُّ وَتَقَبَّلْ مِنّا يا كَرِيمُ۔

Roman Transliteration

Bismillahi ar-rahmani ar-rahim. Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allahu wahdahu la sharika lah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluh. As-salamu alayka ya rasula Allah. As-salamu alayka ya amira al-muminin. As-salamu alayki ya Fatimata az-Zahra sayyidata nisa il-alamin. As-salamu ala al-Hasani wa al-Husayni sayyiday shababi ahl il-jannah. As-salamu alayki ya zawjata wasiyyi rasuli Allah. As-salamu alayki ya azizata az-Zahra. As-salamu alayki ya umma al-buduri as-sawati, ya Fatimatu binta Hizamin al-Kilabiyyati al-mukannati bi-Umm il-Banin, wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuh. Ushhidu Allaha wa rasulahu annaki jahadti fi sabili Allah, idh dahhayti bi-awladiki duna al-Husayni bni binti rasuli Allah. Wa abadti Allaha mukhlisatan lahu ad-dina bi-wila iki lil-a immati al-masumin. Wa sabarti ala tilka ar-raziyyati al-azimah, wa ihtasabti dhalika inda Allahi rabb il-alamin. Wa azarti al-imama Aliyya bna Abi Talibin alayhi as-salamu fi al-mihani wa ash-shada idi wa al-masa ib. Wa kunti fi qimmati at-taati wa al-wafa, wa annaki ahsanti al-kafalata wa addayti al-amanata al-kubra fi hifzi wadiatay az-Zahra il-Batuli alayha as-salam, as-sibtayni al-Hasani wa al-Husayn. Wa balaghti wa atharti wa raayti hujaja Allahi al-mayamin. Wa saayti fi khidmati abna i rasuli rabb il-alamin, arifatan bi-haqqihim, muqinatan bi-sidqihim, mushfiqatan alayhim, muthiratan hawahum wa hubbahum ala awladiki as-suadaa. Fa-salamu Allahi alayki kullama daja al-laylu wa adaa an-nahar. Fa-sirti qudwatan lil-muminati as-salihat, li-annaki karimatu al-khala iqi taqiyyatun zakiyyah. Fa-radiya Allahu anki wa ardaki wa jaala al-jannata manzilaki wa mawak. Wa laqad ataki mina al-karamati al-bahirati hatta asbahti bi-taatiki li-sayyidi al-awsiya, wa bi-hubbiki li-sayyidati an-nisa iz-Zahra i alayha as-salam, wa fida iki bi-awladiki al-arbaati li-sayyidi ash-shuhada i alayhi as-salam, baban lil-hawa ij. Fa-inna laki inda Allahi shanan wa jahan mahmudan. Wa as-salamu ala awladiki ash-shuhada, al-Abbasi alayhi as-salam qurrati ayniki, Hashimin babi al-hawa ij, wa Abdillahi wa Uthmana wa Jafarin alladhina istushhidu fi nusrati al-Husayni alayhi as-salamu bi-Karbala. Fa-jazaki Allahu wa ajzahum afdala al-jaza i fi jannati an-naim. Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ali Muhammadin adada al-khala iqi allati hasruha la yuhtasabu aw yuadd, wa taqabbal minna ya karim.

English Meaning

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Compassionate. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, without partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger. Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah. Peace be upon you, O Commander of the Faithful. Peace be upon you, O Fatima Zahra, chief of the women of the worlds. Peace be upon Hasan and Husayn, chiefs of the youth of Paradise. Peace be upon you, O wife of the successor of the Messenger of Allah. Peace be upon you, O beloved of Zahra. Peace be upon you, O mother of the shining moons, Fatima bint Hizam al-Kilabiyya, known as Ummul Banin, and the mercy and blessings of Allah. I call Allah and His Messenger to witness that you strove in the way of Allah when you sacrificed your children in defense of Husayn, the son of the daughter of the Messenger of Allah. You worshipped Allah with sincere devotion through your loyalty to the infallible Imams, patiently bore that great calamity, and sought its reward from Allah, Lord of the worlds. You supported Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib in trials, hardship and affliction, and reached the height of obedience and faithfulness. You cared well and fulfilled the great trust of protecting the two deposits of Zahra al-Batul, Hasan and Husayn. You exerted yourself, preferred them, cared for the blessed proofs of Allah, and served the children of the Messenger of the Lord of the worlds, recognizing their right, certain of their truthfulness, compassionate towards them, and preferring their wishes and love above your fortunate children. May the peace of Allah be upon you whenever night darkens and day shines. You became an example for righteous believing women because you were noble in character, devout and pure. May Allah be pleased with you, satisfy you, and make Paradise your dwelling and refuge. He gave you manifest honors, until through your obedience to the chief of the successors, your love of Zahra, chief of women, and your sacrifice of your four children for the chief of martyrs, you became a gate for needs, for you have an honored standing with Allah. Peace be upon your martyred children: Abbas, the delight of your eye, the Hashimite and gate for needs, and Abdullah, Uthman and Jafar, who were martyred in support of Husayn at Karbala. May Allah give you and them the best reward in the gardens of bliss. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad to the number of creatures whose total cannot be calculated or counted, and accept from us, O Generous One.
